About Jay
Always with an eye for the next big thing, Jay Williams founded Digital Victory to provide conservative Republican candidates with high-end design and strategic direction.
Named one of Campaigns & Elections magazine's "Rising Stars," Jay has worked for hundreds of conservative Republican candidates and has been involved in historic Republican legislative takeovers in Virginia, Georgia, and Tennessee.
Having grown up in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest, Jay enjoys playing hockey and following the Seattle Seahawks.

About Trip
Trip Radtke has worked on Capitol Hill for some of the Republican Party's top conservatives, including Representative Paul Ryan (R-WI), Representative Lee Terry (R-NE) and Representative Mike Pence (R-IN).
Trip's extensive background in legislative policy, speechwriting, and campaign strategy enable him to counsel Digital Victory clients on what works and what doesn't work in Republican eCampaigns.
Trip, his wife, and their son live in Suwanee, Georgia.

About Michael
Bringing experience gained in close to 15 years of working on political campaigns, before campaigns even used websites, Michael Clingaman has watched the industry grow from its infancy.
With career stops at the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) where he recruited candidates and served as the Southern Field Representative, the Republican Party of Kentucky, where he served as the Executive Director and serving as campaign manager for both a Gubernatorial and a congressional campaign, which was ranked as one of the Top 5 that year, Michael has seen every angle of a political campaign.
He resides in Louisville, KY with his wife and two children Maddie and Charlie.

About Ed
As Vice President for Development at Digital Victory, Edgard leads the teams of developers and creatives in building stunning websites, effective eMarketing campaigns, and efficient online advertising efforts.
Edgard brings to Digital Victory nearly a decade of experience in corporate web-based marketing. Prior to joining Digital Victory, Edgard served as Marketing Manager for a nationwide industrial supply company, where he significantly increased sales through a unique combination of online search marketing and traditional marketing efforts. Later, as eMarketing Manager for Royal Caribbean, Edgard successfully managed multi-million dollar projects involving several departments, hundreds of employees, and all the ships in the fleet.
If it can be done online, Edgard can make it happen.

About Michael
Michael joined Digital Victory in 2004 after spending the first stages of his career in the world of corporate and freelance design. Michael has created original designs for an eclectic group of clients ranging from the medical industry to rock and roll bands.
A six-time Pollie Award winning artist, Michael serves as one of Digital Victory's two Senior Designers. One of Michael's recent Digital Victory designs, friendsofblago.com, was featured on ABC News and RedState.com and in the pages of The Washington Post and The Chicago Tribune.
Michael and his wife, Michelle, live in Marietta, Georgia.

About David
David joined Digital Victory in 2004. Since then, he's done just about everything, from producing original site designs to social network development to search engine marketing. With hundreds of websites, microsites, and eCampaigns under his belt, David has proven himself an invaluable resource for Digital Victory clients and the "can do" guy among the staff.
When not at his desk, odds are David is down the hall playing a face-melting solo on Guitar Hero. David lives in Alpharetta, GA and is engaged to be married. He and the lucky lady are registered at Macy's.

About Greg
Prior to joining Digital Victory, Greg Gatlin served as Art Director at DesignOne, where he designed a variety of campaigns for clients including Suddenlink, PepsiCo, The American Cancer Society, and MADD. One of our two Senior Designers, Greg brings the skills and experience gained from 10 years in corporate design to every one of his Digital Victory projects.
Greg loves to spend time hiking in the North Georgia mountains. Greg, his wife, and their daughter live in Roswell, Georgia.

About Steve
Senior Web Designer Steve Rigby has spent the better part of 11 years producing award-winning designs for local and national brands. Steve leads Digital Victory's development team and plays a key role in our quest to produce amazing designs that are both intuitive and accessible.
In his off time, Steve can be found enjoying anything that keeps him off the computer. He and his wife, Anna, live in Cumming, Georgia.

About Adam
Online Advertising Guru, Adam Barrett has spent the last 4 years working in the ever-changing arena of search engine optimization. Combining his experience in public relations and marketing, along with the stringent algorithms of pay-per-click advertising, Adam promotes clients' messages in an articulate and technically savvy manner.
Adam has worked with several of the major sponsored ad networks, including Yahoo! Search Marketing and MSN. He is also a Google AdWords Certified Professional.

About Joe
Joe comes to Stoneridge with nearly 15 years of graphic design experience, specializing in environmental graphic design. His clients include Bank of America, Home Depot, Cousins Properties, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Wachovia and Lowe's Home Improvement.
Joe also has graphic design experience in marketing, publication, user interface and environmental graphics. He pretty much knows everything.
Initially suspicious of soccer fans, we've come to accept Joe's fanaticism for the United States Men's National Team, Liverpool, and the World Cup.
Joe and his family live in Flowery Branch, where they are erecting a regulation-size soccer field. If you build it, they will come.

About Jen
Jen comes to us from Georgia Family Council, an Altanta-based non-profit organization, where she worked as a Communications Specialist.
She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Public Relations and Communications and a Ph.D. in Gator Football and Delta Delta Delta sorority.
At Stoneridge, Jen assists with campaign writing, performs any and all public relations functions and coordinates our intern program. She has worked on PR accounts for Ritz Carlton Hotels, Sanderson Farms, the British Virgin Islands and the state of Florida's "Tobacco Free Florida" campaign. She also has experience in fundraising, policy writing and being awesome.
Jen spends her free time bouncing off the walls and trying to find more productive outlets for her energy. She lives in her own little world in Brookhaven.

About Brittnie
Brittnie is Stoneridge Group's administrative assistant and resident go-to girl. She keeps our shop up and running—not a job for the faint-of-heart.
Brittnie is a senior at Kennesaw State University, where she's earning a major in English and minor in Spanish.
Brittnie and her family live in Suwanee. When she's not looking after Stoneridge staff or her toddler, Brittnie plays softball and rocks the local arts-and-crafts scene.
